September and October, beautiful autumn months, full of wealth and contentment.

          We want to start by thanking God that in these months He protected our children and they are all well, healthy and happy. (pictures 1 and 2).All the 20 children we care for started school in September, 9 of them at elementary school and 11 of them at high school or vocational school.(picture 3)

          We have MadalinBaroi who turned 18 in September and at the same time managed to pass his driving test. We congratulate him from the bottom of our hearts! (picture 4) Laura and Gabriela turned 12, respectively 15 years old. Two serious and decent girls, as are (mostly) all our girls.(picture 5)

          Our dear Doinita has not forgotten where she left from and already has several good visits at home (picture 6), also Ionut came from Iasi on vacation,but...he doesn't allow himself to be photographed, and still, I managed to get a picture:) (picture 7)

          Another great joy we have, regarding our young people, is that 3 of them have decided to confess publicly that they love God and want to serve Him all their lives. It is about Vasile, Cristina and Gabriela, and the event took place on October 16. May all their lives not lose the goal they set out for. (picture 8)

          Another reason to be thankful is related to the help you gave us and through which we could be involved in helping those in Ukraine. Matei, together with a delegation from the Pentecostal Church, managed to go with a humanitarian convoy to Cernauti. May Romania be protected from war and may Ukraine and Russia be blessed with peace.(picture 9)

          In these months, we had precious visitors dear to our hearts and we thank them for taking the time to come to us and give us a warm hug: Andreas,Lorand, Dan and Claudiafrom Germany, Robert andRahelafrom Switzerland, David and Norman from Ireland. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for all the gifts they brought with them and for the beautiful moments spent together.(pictures 10-13).Also, we want to thank all those who took care of our children through the things sent to us, both from Romania and from outside the country. We can only say that you are wonderful and we wish that the good done will return to you thousandfold. (pictures 14-23)

          Special thanks to the Heisey and Dolha family from America and AMRO from Germany, who together helped us with two big projects.One is the equipping of the home with photovoltaic panels, a project that we have already implemented (picture 24) and the second project is the arrangement and equipping of the new family-type cottage where "Casa Tatiana" will operate”. It is wonderful to see how God places with us serious and faithful people who do their assigned job perfectly. Thank you!

          During these two months, our house turned into a small factory. It was no longer just a big house with many children, but a factory, because tons of fruits and vegetables passed through our hands, which we processed and preserved for the winter in 3 refrigerators and thousands of jars.

          We picked the walnuts and apples from our orchard (pictures 25, 26), we picked our grapes and another person's, Petrisor, who called us to pick them (picture 27), we preserved boletus, which were bought but also received (picture 28),we picked “ghebe”, to make “zacusca” (picture 29), we received nectarines and made compote and jams (picture 30), we bought fish and peppersand made fish paste (pictures 31,32), we baked eggplants, peppers, green peppers and froze them (picture 33), We preserved parsnips and red beets (since we received a larger amount as a donation) (picture 34), we prepared 850 kg of pickled cabbage, pickled cucumbers, chopped cabbage and other pickled vegetables, we have prepared all the vegetables for soups for the year 2023, both frozen and in jars in tomato sauce (picture 35);we prepared breaded eggplant, beetroot in a jar, etc. what more can we say? Thousands of blessings! We praise God for the power of work, for the rich harvest, even at the beginning of November we picked tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and lettuce from the solar (pictures36,37). We thank God for the pantry of 2022! (picture 38 –a part of the pantry)

          We were also blessed with potatoes, all the necessary quantity, the children helped to sort (picture 39), we had to buy grain for the animals, because we ran out, and the need is great in terms of grain for the animals, the children helped us get the whole amount into the barn, 6 tones, 6600 lei, 1320 Euros, 1375$. (pictures 40-42)

          Regarding the renovations, we took care of the swings and the roof of the old house. Now they are ready to last for a few more years.(picture43)

          And because after such a busy season, the children deserve to be rewarded, I went with them to McDonald's and not only there (picture 44). We combined work with relaxation, and the days flew by. They happily contributed to all the household chores. We can say that we have very hardworking children!
