Misaila family
Misaila Ionut was born on August 25th, 2003, and Misaila Cristina was born on March 18th, 2005 in Piatra-Neamt city.
The children come from a cohabiting relationship, being recognized by the father, but the parents showed a total lack of interest in the growth and education of children, living in inadequate conditions, in a building consisting of two unfurnished, unhealthy rooms, which did not ensure a minimum for decent living conditions for both parents and children.
When establishing protection measure for the two children, the mother left home, implicitly also the children, and the father was admitted to hospital emergency in Bisericani, being diagnosed with disabling TB and chronic alcoholism.
The children were abandoned at the residence of an aunt, where also there were no sanitary and financial conditions for the growth of children. Both parents are alcohol consumers, where family scandals were often followed by the mom leaving the conjugal home.
They do not receive income from work, there were no material conditions and the living conditions are indescribable, i.e.they live in room completely degraded, with no facilities, no fire, have no piece of furniture (just a bed ), no dishes, living in misery. The only source of income was represented by the father's pension and the child's allowances.
In the family the children had no access to education because they did not attend any form of preschool education, were not properly stimulated, both of them showing developmental delays.
Considering all this, it was proposed for the two the establishment of the protection measure - placement in the Christian Association of Charity Bethesda-Maranatha - Ray -Placement Center Casa Ray in Dobreni village, Neamt County.
Upon arrival at Casa Ray, the children had both a poor physical and mental condition: difficulty in speech, refused food, being very weak, Cristina presenting serious health problems.
Currently both progress from day to day, attending educational courses in the School with classes I-VIII in Dobreni village, the two children being quite talkative, sociable and open, especially Cristina. Ionel is a little quieter, but he learns well and is a child with common sense.
