The beautiful May has also kept its charm this year! A pleasant and relaxing spring month.

          We started the month with the visit of a dear friend from Germany, Ruben, along with a colleague of his. Even though the time spent together was a short one, one evening and another half a day, we felt good together.(1) The children received a small pipe organ, which they can practice what they have learned lately at music lessons. (2,3)

          We have also been visited by Andrusca, along with her daughter, who is now established in Bacau County, Moinesti, and by Radu and Ciprian, who are settled in Sibiu. It is always a pleasure to meet again with our "children". We pray that God will protect them and accompany them wherever they are.(4)

          Our children and young have always been very sociable and have made friends with ease. Being in our area with some construction works, a group of young people from Vicovul de Sus came in contact with our young and ... of course, there remained a beautiful friendship. We had a blessed time with these young: fellowship in singing and word, football, free talks, tips, octoball, picnic in the orchard, etc. Surely there will be other re-enactments! (5-10)

          We also thank God for the blessings received this month. Sweet blessings from Switzerland and from Brasov :) (11,12)

          Because we were forced, not because we wanted, we started the restoration works at the heating system at Casa Ray. With small steps, because the funds we need are quite high, and because we want to make the best choices, we have emptied the boiler room from the old and tired power plant and the old circuits. Now follows refurbishment of the respective room and then the thermal installation from scratch. (13)

          Last but not least, we would like to remember the May anniversaries: on the 4^th, Antonio – 17 years old; on the 6^th, Costi – 17 years old and on the 10^th Elena – 13 years old. We see ourselves constrained by now not to say "our children" and "our young people" :) (14,15,16)
