"Looking back, we can say that we had an excellent month, even if there are some big problems that we are facing, we will bring them to your attention another time. We now want to enjoy these beautiful memories together. "

          This is the phrase with which we closed the June report. We did not know that the big problems we were facing would be overcome by other bigger problems in such a short time.

          We were going to let you know that the thermal installation is a big problem (pic.1-4), and the windows are also really affected by the passage of time (pic.5, 6), but as we already have informed you, the withdrawal of 44% financial support is a problem that gives us even more headaches. However, we are confident that God will find the best solutions for us and as He has demonstrated to us over time, He is the orphan's defender and will not abandon us even now. He will certainly find suitable people with whom we can continue to work for the good of these children we care for.

          Besides these problems, also in July, the minibus we have been using for years has broken. It is manufactured in 1995, but has served us faithfully, being very useful in everything that the household means: going to the mill, moving furniture, transporting building materials, bringing home the harvest and various donations received, etc. We hope to find a solution to this need soon. (Picture 7-9)

          We also received a blow in July ... a blow that we do not expect and which is still hard to accept. Vlad Ciorhan (18 years old), who grew up at Casa Ray ever since he was 5 years old, and who left home last year, died drowning on July 22. When we got the news, we all were shocked, only 23 days had passed since he visited us, since we had talked and laughed together, and now ... he is gone ... We could not believe until the fire fighters found him, and this happened after a week, a week we waited, and we hoped ... but without a positive result. We did not have anything to do just to lead him on the last road and join them with his sisters, Diana and Georgiana, and his brother Cristian, who is still in our care. On July 31, the funeral took place and Vlad's body was deposited next to Niculina, him mother who died in 2003. (pic. 10-14)

          The older children went to Voronet camp along with 90 young people. They had a great time there and this camp changed their behavior for the better. We enjoy every time when Casa Ray children meet people who have a positive influence on them. (pic. 15,16)

          Ionut, Florin and Vasile , made a visit to their grandmother who enjoyed it so much that she could see their grandchildren once more before moving on to the eternal ones. The boys' grandmother is 88 years old. (pic. 17,18)

          Also, because it is holidays, the Vacaru family went for a few days to their grandparents in Urecheni. (pic.19)

          In July we were blessed with 11 piglets and one calf. God give us all in the same day. (pic. 20,21)

          The unfortunate event with Vlad took place on the same day when Alexandru, our boy, who is at the Nursing College, turned 21. However, the children had time to enjoy this event, because the sad news we received to the evening. (pic. 22)
