Guguianu family
The children's parents are called Guguianu Ovidiu and Guguianu Ramona Elena, and it all started from a divorce.
Ana and Constantin stayed up to 7 and 5 years at their mother, and they were taken to Elena Doamna Home, together with the other brothers, since their mother went to Italy. After one year thet were taken from the home by their maternal grandparents.
The children lived with their grandparents for a while, in an apartment with 4 rooms, with another 6 people (two grandparents, an uncle, an aunt and two brothers), a total of 8 people. Grandfather, Gheorghe Lazar is the natural father of the girl's mother. Grandmother, Elena Lazar Alisa is the second wife of the girl's grandfather, stepmother to her mother. Together they have a daughter, Iuliana Lazar, a student in ninth grade. With them Cristi Lazar is also living, the grandfather's son from his first marriage. At these grandparents the children could not feel like a family. We have some of the testimony of Ana's teacher:
"Since the beginning of the school year I noticed that the girl is wearing ugly, shabby clothes, comes from the beginning of the year with the same training, the same neck blouse which were always dirty and smelling of urine. Ana Maria told me thatshe is sleeping in bed with her three younger brothers and they pee on them. One day she smelled so bad, that I could not sit next to her, neither I nor the students. I called to notify her grandmother and she told me that sometimes she pees on herself. It did not seem strange for her. From the discussion with the grandmother, she did not seem very interested in what happened to the girl.
The appearance of the girl is very disappointing. She has always dirty hands, ears, face, and her hair was washed very seldom. Grandparents do not care for her at all, do not come to school when asked, even in meetings with parents. There never gave her in this school year any food package, the girl receiving food from students. They do not give her money to go to the shows offered by the school. When I paidher ticket, they beat her for this. The girl came in several times hit, with scratches on the face and hands, telling me that her younger brother beat her. I thought it wasn't possible for a 7 year old to hit so hard and I talked privately with her. She would not tell me anything, but I assured her that I just want her best, as I really like this girl.
I was horrified by what I heard from the child. In that house everyone beat her: grandfather, grandmother, even the aunt in the ninth grade, but most her grandmother. I asked her why she beats her, and she hardly knew what to tell me, because she did not write nice, did not spell, various childhood. She came pnce with a black eye and told me that her grandmother hit her by mistake. Discussing at length, Ana Maria told me it was better at Home because they gave them two dishes, and even dessert. I understood that in that house she was not getting very many (evening eating potato soup with polenta), therefore she is not properly developed for her age. The girl told me she would be very pleased if she would be taken tfrom her grandparents who always beat her and talk bad with her and her other brothers.
I believe that the environment in which the student lives is not suitable for development, I think the girl should be taken from the family because she is not treated as a child, but as a source of money. The grandmother was only interested if they approved her scholarship, not the girl's situation.
I hope to resolve this situation so that the child does not suffer anymore, but enjoys herself like other children of her age. The girl must be taken from the family to feel like a child. There she feels guilty that she was born and it is not correct.
She has integrated well in the team, made more friends. She is a good girl at school, active in class, interested, shows initiative and cooperation in class activities . She is very good and with a lot of common sense. Unfortunately she has a speech problem, because she has two uvulas, so she hardly articulates the words. "
After a certain period her mother returned from Italy and in 2010 she married Paul Doru. Ana and Constantin have spent a period in the newly formed family, meanwhile a new little brother, David, appeared. After a wjhile, the mother was pregnant again, and while she was in the fifth month of pregnancy, some family quarrels occured. Following disagreements, the husband, Paul Doru, chased the children who were not his and forbade his wife to come back home with all her children.
Being in this desperate situation, pregnant, homeless, with children and having no way to ensure their children the necessary family situation, she submitted to us an application requesting the establishment of emergency placement at Ray Center House.
Because of this tumultuous life story, now Ana and Constantin are in our care since 2013. They are children with very much common sense. They are concerned about the smallest details, not to offend anyone and not to create problems. They are conscientious both at school and in housework. They have some more steps to do, but hopefully together we will overcome all obstacles they stand in their way in order to get a quiet life.
