Greetings, dear friends!

          Ever since we heard each other, things have evolved at Ray House.

          The garden and the solarium were filled with vegetables that grew seeing with the eyes, but unfortunately the weeds competed with the vegetables, so in several stages we had to go clean the garden of unwanted weeds, mow the grass in the yard, water the flowers and gather hay for the animals. The children were involved, each according to their abilities, in all these household activities. (pictures 1-5)

          Regarding the farm, we have in these past 2 months also entrances and exits, as follows: we bought 60 turkeys, slaughtered 2 pigs, we sent the goats to the sheepfold and we have already received a slice of curd from them, egg hens have entered production, and the meat chickens have reached maturity and we started sacrificing them. Glory to God for our daily food, He cares for us at every step. (pictures 6-11)

          Also in terms of food, God has blessed us with seasonal fruits from which we have made all kinds of goodies. With these compotes, syrups, jams, we started the "Chamber of the Year 2022"” (pictures 12 – 15)

          I received a donation of peeled tomatoes, packed in a 200 kg vacuum bag. A real heavenly hand. We unwrapped the bag, we squeezed it, seasoned it, boiled it and re-boiled it in smaller bottles and jars, so that we could consume it according to our needs. Thank God He knows what we need and covers our shortcomings. (pictures 16 -18)

          Also in the donation category, we want to thank NordArin for the wood sent: you are wonderful! (picture 19). Also to Katia, for the clothes sent, thank you dear! (picture 20)

          We are also very grateful for the completion of the parking lot. Now the children's playground is much more generous. (pictures 21,22). Some of the nets on the football field were replaced because they were broken and the goal area, where they shoot hard, was reinforced with extra nets. (picture 23)

          With God's help, all our children completed the school year 2021-2022 well, with 100% promotion, without any correction and some obtained special merits, such as Ionela Matei, who was awarded as the best student of all school in Dobreni. Congratulations, dear Ionela! (pictures 24,25)

          Many thanks to Heike and her team, who prepared a beautiful surprise for the children and for June 1, Children's Day. They enjoyed a special meal, balloons, juices, sweets and a small gift. We also thank Mrs. Stoian who mobilized her friends and prepared a gift for the children on this occasion. Our children also participated in an event organized by the Pentecostal church Elim, especially for children's day, quality time that did them very well. (pictures 26-30)

          The local police organized an activity with the children from Casa Ray in which they talked about the importance of protecting personal data. We hope they have been receptive and this will protect them from unpleasant events. (pictures 31,32)

          Now we will tell you about visits and visitors: Ticu Moisa, an old friend of father Mihai, poet and writer, delighted us with his presence for 4 days, during which we had fellowship, we visited various churches in other localities and we were spiritually and emotionally charged (pictures 33-35). Together with the large group of young people from Casa Ray, we joined other young people and went to the central park in Piatra Neamt, where we sang together (picture 36). We also went with the big group to a birthday of a friend, Alexandru, who turned 18 years old (picture 37). In our turn we were visited by the group of boys from Vicov, who worked some time ago on the facade of our house. They had a day off and were very nice because they chose to spend it with our children (pictures 38,39). We were also visited by Moldovan family from Arcalia, new friends we met due to some very nice coincidences. God, who moves the entire Universe, has moved things in such a way that we could meet this family as well. We hug you dearly! (picture 40)

          Elena and Cosmina were the celebrations of May and June. Many blessings, our dear ones! (picture 41)

          June brought for us 2 great events, which filled our hearts with joy, namely: Costi's marriage to Ruth, which took place on June 5 (pictures 42,43) and Doinita's civil wedding to Cristi, which took place on June 14 (pictures 44,45). We are so happy that God has taken care of these children and led them perfectly to reach these moments of joy. We pray that their married life will be full of fulfillment, and that the wisdom from above will guide them how to act in any situation that will arise in their way. We will not tell you how happy the children who participated in these events were, the words would be too poor to describe it.

          Ana Muraru had to go to several dentist sessions because she had some serious problems, and others will follow her, (picture 46) but at Dr. Mariuta Medestetic Clinic the experience of the dentist sweetened us a lot. They opened the clinic on a special Saturday for the children from Casa Ray, to whom it offered free consultations, entertainment, exchange of experience, pizza, juices and games. They were amazing!           Not because we would like to end on a negative note, but because this was the course of events, towards the end of June we had some less pleasant events. Little Loredana caught her finger in the gate, so it took a while for her finger to be immobilized, and after a while her nail fell out. As for that, her mood was, as usual, good. (picture 47)

          Unfortunately Denisa received sad news, her mother, a young woman, 42 years old, died, leaving Denisa for the second time. Even though they did not keep in touch and for 7 years Denisa was not visited at all by her mother, a small hope that one day they will reunite has always existed in her heart, a hope that has now been completely shattered. We are with her and she will definitely get over this event, even if it will remain forever a little dark corner when she thinks of her mother. (picture 48) By the way, Denisa and Matei's brothers are adoptable starting with June.

          And yet, to conclude on a positive note, we want to thank from the heart of our collaborators who are with us every month and help us to overcome these difficult times. Greg and Anne, Michael and Michaela-AMRO, Hans Alt, Heike and all the others. You are precious in our eyes, but also in the eyes of the Lord. We love you!
